you’d be an amazing customer! A general rule of thumb is that anyone worried about being a good customer doesn’t need to worry because you’re already thinking of the strippers as fellow human beings. Our complaints are with the ones who either get upset that they aren’t the center of attention or who try to assault us, assuming they get to break rules just because they, too, are women. I have danced for plenty of perfectly respectful women and yes, it is totally possible to be a decent female customer.

Somewhat OT, but I’d like to visit a strip club because I’m curious. Based upon what I’ve read at T&S and the Stripper blogosphere, strippers in general do not like women customers. I would not want to be a pain in the ass customer. My question is: If I went by myself, during the daytime, prepared to tip every stage dancer like $10, and bought a few table dances while keeping my hands to myself and my mouth shut, would I be an good customer? I just want to go and enjoy the entertainment. And oh, I definitely would not attract attention to myself or try to talk to the doodz (barf…I get enough doodz at work). I’d only be there for an hour, hour and a half, and I’d spend at least $200.

I’d appreciate any stripper feedback on this, as I don’t want to be an asshole.
