Whatever your views on the practice, these women are human beings and part of our society. Some control may be needed for health concerns. A stamp of approval should be worth the cost from a business standpoint. Morality may make the profession less profitable, but if so the responsibility goes with that to make more jobs available to these women. Fidel Castro’s handling of the prostitutes makes for really interesting reading.
