Sexy, feminine, CURVY, and with all kinds of sass and fabulous accessories.

Have you seen or read Butterfield 8? Not nearly as good as BAT, but still pretty. It does however, have a typical ending.

And yes, Holly was an escort, and her neighbor was definitely a rent boy. In the book I think that was fleshed out a bit more than in the film, which is another case of a book being better than a movie.

I looked on Amazon but only see it in VHS. I need to see it! I had heard about it, but for some reason thought that it was another “she was a bad woman and bad things happened to her” flick.

Also love the way older movies portrayed women. Holly GoLightly took toilet money. And if you didn’t pay attention, you would never have known that her male neighbor (was it Paul?) was a rent boy.
