Actually, ICP are the clowns (literal and figuratively) with a song that asks, “How do magnets work?”, and a whole host of other completely bloody stupid things, which even some 4 year olds have acceptable answers for. They are literally the village idiots, but its kind of like the old joke in which the court jester is the only person that has a clue that the castle is about to be burned down. It sort of terrifies me that these people are the “defenders” of social justice and sanity at this moment in time.

Mind you, its funnier than all heck that they are, but.. also terrible, because they are, one some level, a mirror image problem – very liberal, but just as ignorant, clueless, and seemingly clueless about science and other important issues as the people they stand in opposition to. Its… one more bizarre thing, in a parade of circus freaks that make up our politics over the last several years. I am still trying to figure out, for example, given all the other Batman villains that ran on the Republican ticket, which one Trump is. Two Face maybe? Do you think, when he decides whether or not to go against the Republicans and side with Democrats, he flips a coin, or does he actually plan his strange waffling between outright evil, and barely sensible actions?

What ever the case, ICP is both hated by every vaguely intellectual and scientific, never mind non-religious, person I know, and yet, due to their recent stance, also praised and loved. Its… bloody, well… “insane”.
