Alex

Alex is a survival sex worker and a radical Master in Social Work (MSW) with a background in crisis intervention and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. Her harm reduction advocacy is informed by her lived experience as a queer sex worker who uses drugs and has a variety of disabilities and mental health concerns. She is a sex worker organizer for Urban Survivors Union and a serves as Sex Worker Liaison on a non-profit board of directors. She serves her immediate community both formally and informally, and has turned her sugar daddy’s home into “Alex’s Den of Corruption and Resource Center” and thus provided a home for most of her immediate support network.
