I heard the director being interviewed on NPR and immediately started following her on twitter … I stopped following before the interview was over. The so-called sex-positive feminist world fawned over Jill Soloway when it came out. Glad I don’t have to sit through it.

What I thought was so interesting was that Rachel’s behavior wasn’t painted as being nearly as destructive or creepy as it actually was. If someone was stalking their accountant and trying to give them a “better life” that would seem really disturbed. I also hated the scene in the hot tub where they laugh at McKenna calling herself a sex worker.

UGH the worst.
